Please note that custom-made commissioned works are excluded from this return policy. These pieces are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

We insure all shipments at full value without any additional cost to you. Additionally, we offer customized shipping quotes for shipments outside of Europe upon request. However, please note that we do not take responsibility for taxes and duties related to customs and import regulations.
